HPV Packages
Bolt it on,
gas it up and go! Your HPV motor package will come
complete with motor, carburetor, filter cup, clutch, clutch
guard, pipe, header, flex, coil, spark plug, instruction manual
and decals. All you need is your kart, motor mount, and air
filter. Its that simple!

The purpose of the spec
motor package is to provide a user friendly place for the
racer. By eliminating the complicated and expensive process of
clutch adjusting and pipe tuning, the HPV 100 has put racing
back in the hands of the driver. Experienced or not, the HPV
provides the most competitive racing available in 2-cycle
karting.
The HPV 100 is
supplied with a single disc, dry design, EXPD clutch. The EXPD
is a direct drive clutch; once it locks up it does not disengage
until the kart stops.
The exhaust system for the motor
package is designed to approximate the horstpower of current
sportsman classes. However, the exhaust will be quieter and
look like an attractive expansion chamber.

The exhaust systems for juniors and seniors are slightly
different in order to regulate horsepower. They are both
designed to provide a wide powerband.
The junior class
packages have a smaller venturi Walbro carburetor which
eliminates the tuning problems common with restrictors. The
senior class carburetor incorporates the popular WB3A Walbro.

FR125
Engine
This Rotax engine is a liquid cooled
125cc engine ultra modern design. It is very light and combines
high performance and power with reliability.

The
engine has been designed to ensure ease of use and maximum
comfort for the driver. It has an integral electric starter,
digital ignition, no vibration due to a balance shaft and a
centrifugal clutch to avoid stalling.
This engine is one of the quietest on the market due to its
cooling system and exhaust pipe efficiency. The Rotax FR 125 MAX
is the only engine to allow you to spend more time on the track
and less time in the pits, thanks to its reliability and low
maintenance program.
